Dismounts 101
This workshop will go through all the basic shapes we get stuck in and give you a wide variety of accessible exits. Think climbs, sits, crucifix, Gemini and more. This is perfect for you if you feel nervous working on skills with a lack of exit plan or if you are already and advanced confident poler but always have to cut the exit out of your videos!
Suitable for improver and above. Must be able to sit, climb & basic Invert.
