Private Sessions

We offer private Personal Training sessions as well as Pole 1-2-1s so you can get the most out of your time in the studio.

Our PTs would love to create a program to help you reach your fitness goals. We will pair you with a trainer who knows how to design a program tailored to your unique goals, abilities and needs. Whether its strength, flexibility, injury prevention, cross training to for your pole classes. We have the trainer for you.
If you are looking for extra time on a pole working on specific skills or preparing for a performance or competition, we also offer personalised private pole sessions. Prices vary depending on the trainer. You can book your consultation by filling in the form below.
